The Point-of-Sale Module provides an optimized sales processing capability. It has many features that make it easy to quickly ring-up sales, record the amount tendered, calculate change, and print a receipt or invoice.

You have the option of using a Barcode Scanner and Cash Drawer. Print receipts on an economical 40 Character Receipt Printer or Laser Printer.

Sales can be processed against a generic customer (Counter Sale shown above) or specific customers selected from your customer database. You can easily enter new customers via the Point-of-Sale Screen as well.

Hot Tip

Barcode Scanners make Point-of-Sale transactions very efficient.

Any inventory item can be marked as a Quick Select item. These items are listed in the Product ID dropdown list for processing sales quickly.

Also, any item can be setup as a Kit, which allows you to add multiple items with a single selection.

For example, Product LS1 (Lunch Special 1) can be defined to include any number of items such as:

1) Sandwich
2) Chips
3) Drink
4) Desert

You can also Print Barcode Labels on a Standard Laser Printer or on a Specialized Barcode Printer.
